Six-time Mr. Olympia Dorian Yates recently sat down with Brian Rose of London Real TV to discuss his upcoming retreat at Soltara Healing Center. In November 2018, Soltara had the privilege of hosting Dorian for his first retreat, “Working with The Shadow,” where guests had the unique opportunity to connect with him, share their stories, struggles, and triumphs, and learn from this mentor and legend while embarking on their own healing journeys.
Brian Rose, who has also experienced an Ayahuasca retreat at Soltara, has shared several videos and testimonials about his transformative experience. Dorian’s mission is to help others break free from the stereotypes surrounding spirituality and transcend the false limitations and beliefs that may be holding them back from living their most authentic lives.
Known as “The Shadow” due to his tendency to avoid the spotlight and public eye, only to emerge and win major bodybuilding contests, Dorian’s dedicated approach to his goals has inspired millions to align their lives with their values, passions, and talents to succeed in any path. Having worked with plant medicines and holistic therapies since his professional days, he has been able to bridge this type of healing work with the discipline and commitment of a long-time champion in an intensely competitive field.

Soltara Healing Center extends its gratitude to Dorian Yates and Brian Rose for shining their light and sharing their journeys with the community.
“The biggest problem on this planet is the Ego” Says the massive
bodybuilder! I wonder what he actually does with information like this? How
could you digest such truth being ill equipped from the get go?
Makes my hairs stand up listening to his dmt reflection.
Excellent video.
sorry Dorian but there is no proof that the pineal gland releases DMT.
How can you believe a guy who still advocates Heavy Duty ala Mike Mentzer?
Just kidding… Cheers Dorian to your existential quest and findings. We
always suspected you were deep in philosophical thought we called you the
Shadow. Only the Shadow knows..
an interesting man on same same journey as all the rest of us.
So we are all connected? Even world leaders and politicians?
So if i’m a “weak bitch” for wanting to see what all this medicine is
capable of, and actually having the courage and curiosity and interest to
experiment with this stuff, then how about YOU try it and see just how weak
this shit is. Ayahuasca isn’t weak, in no way, shape or form is Ayahuasca
weak. In fact, those who prefer to smoke DMT, are the “weak bitches”,
because they’d rather want something so intense that you can’t work with it
and it only lasts a few minutes, instead of actually taking a full on oral
DMT dose in Ayahuasca. There’s no purging, so stop being a douchetard and
man up.
You know, Ayahuasca doesn’t always have to taste like crap and make you
puke or nauseous. I’ve been experimenting here lately with Lemon Balm, 2 to
3 grams of Lemon Balm taken with Ayahuasca can stop any stomach issues
associated with Ayahuasca. Also, instead of making an Ayahuasca brew, i
merely brew up Ayahuasca and then extract the alkaloids (Harmalas) from the
brew and simply encapsulate a single dose of purified Harmalas into a
single capsule. The DMT part is done by simply adding about egg whites into
the Acacia or Mimosa or Chaliponga or Chakruna brew, and boil the brew thus
cooking the egg whites which bind to all the particles and tannins in the
brew. The amount of egg whites depends on which plant you’re brewing, so if
it’s Mimosa or Acacia, use 2 to 3 egg whites per 50 to 100 grams (or 5 egg
whites for 200 grams), and about 2 egg whites for a Chaliponga or Chakruna
brew. Then after freezing and thawing and decanting the cleansed
DMT-containing brew, the resulting tea is tasteless and very easy to get
down.
So basically, i take a Harmala capsule, wash it down with a Lemon Balm tea,
an hour later (because i’m a slow metabolizer of Ayahuasca) i then drink my
Acacia Confusa tea and i have a full on experience with ZERO stomach issues
whatsoever.
I’ve also been experimenting with smoked Passion Flower mixed with Cannabis
during Ayahuasca, and the smoked Passion Flower not only briefly
intensifies the experience but it also increases the visual aspect of the
experience.
HJQB, i am not a “weak bitch” because i mix certain herbs in with my
Ayahuasca. You know what i did all of 2012? I stayed in the comfort of my
own home, and took ingested ground up Syrian Rue seed and powdered Mimosa
Hostilis inner root bark, in capsules. I would take Mimosa Rue (as i called
her) anywhere from 2 to 4 times a week in a row, each night a new
experience. I purged and purged and purged and purged, which put me off
from doing it for all of 2013.
Finally though after figuring out smoked DMT is such a waste and even
Changa sucks ass, i wanted Ayahuasca back in my life but had enough of the
purging and sought to work my way around it. In fact, i’ve even had SEVERAL
full on visions that Ayahuasca has shown me, where she has told me that
there doesn’t HAVE to be a physical purge like that, and i’ve proved that
to be 100% correct. With Lemon Balm, the stomach troubles are gone and the
experience is as full as ever, in fact, the experiences are now even
enhanced, thanks to Lemon Balm, and also thanks now to Passion Flower.
Awesome , would love to try DMT :-)
I only ever knew of Dorian Yates from looking at body-building mags when I
was a teenager training at my local gym. I never knew he had so much about
him till I watched this vid. what a guy!
